Dodge & Vega, PLC was founded in 2006 as a general practice law firm

With offices throughout the Phoenix metro area, Tuscon Arizona, and in Utah, we are able to serve you wherever you may be located. Although, we offer in-person consultations only through our Mesa Arizona office, we hold depositions, settlement conferences, and other functions at all of our offices. Our firm has not only developed a reputation for providing outstanding legal counsel on a variety of matters, but we have also developed a reputation for being accessible, trustworthy and responsive to our client’s needs. The work culture we have developed here at Dodge & Vega has enabled us to perform our duties with a confident and positive attitude. Our team is dedicated to helping you with your personal injury, family law, divorce, child custody, legal decision making, child support, estate planning, foreclosure law, chapter 7 bankruptcy, and chapter 13 bankruptcy matters.

Benjamin L. Dodge


Professional Experience

Mr. Dodge founded Dodge & Vega in 2006 and is the Senior Managing Partner. Ben is a NITA trained court room attorney and an experienced litigator. Ben’s practice areas are now focused primarily on accident law.  He thrives in the court room whereas most attorneys avoid it. Ben is probably one of the most determined individuals you can possibly meet. He is an endurance athlete with a love for ultra cycling events and Ironman Triathlons. He spends most of his free time racing his bicycle over insanely long distances without stopping to sleep (Race Across France – 1500+ miles, Race Across the West 930+ miles, Race Across America 3100+ miles, and more). Ben is admitted to practice in the Federal District Court of Arizona and all Arizona State Courts.

Angel Bacho Vega


Mr. Vega is a co-founder and Partner of Dodge & Vega. Bacho was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico and moved to the US mainland at the age of sixteen. Bacho has been a member of the Utah Bar since 2000, Arizona Bar since 2004 and is admitted to practice in all Arizona and Utah federal and state courts. Bacho enjoys spending time with his family and participating in CrossFit and endurance events.

Kaci Brown

Senior Personal Injury & Bankruptcy Paralegal

Kaci Brown is a Senior Paralegal for both the Personal Injury and Bankruptcy department for Dodge & Vega, PLC. She began her legal career over 20 years ago in California specializing in various fields, including civil defense, adversarial bankruptcy and personal injury. In her spare time, Kaci enjoys cooking for her family, family game nights, watching movies and date nights with her husband.

Randi Partain

Senior Family Law Paralegal

Randi joined Dodge & Vega, PLC in early 2015 as the firm’s Senior Family Law Paralegal. Randi began her career in the legal field in 2007 after obtaining her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has since dedicated her career to assisting clients through their family law litigation. In 2014, Randi graduated summa cum laude from ASU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies and has plans to continue her education even further. Randi lives in Mesa with her husband, daughter and their pets.

Kimberly Hewes

Family Law & Criminal Law Paralegal

Kim is the newest member of the Dodge and Vega, PLC team as one of the family law and criminal defense paralegals. Kim is native to Arizona and lives in Mesa. Kim began her legal career immediately after graduating high school in 1995 when she began working in the Maricopa County Justice Courts. Kim became a legal assistant in 2000 and worked fulltime while putting herself through college and law school. In 2012, Kim graduated from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science in Criminology/Criminal Justice. In 2016, she graduated cum laude with her juris doctorate degree from Arizona Summit Law School and was published in the school’s Therapeutic Jurisprudence Law Review Journal. During her career, Kim has worked in the private and government divisions of the legal field with her primary focus on criminal defense and family law. During her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and you can probably catch her cheering for her favorite teams: the Chicago Cubs and Washington Redskins.

Andrea Cadillo

Legal Assistant

Andrea graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Pre-Law. During her time at the UofA she held a leadership role in her sorority and was on the Dean’s list. She interned at the International Rescue Committee, a humanitarian aid organization, where she worked directly with victims of human trafficking. She is a dog mom to her best friend Lucy, a rescue pup from the Arizona Humane Society! She enjoys summer time more but loves to snowboard in the winter.

Angelica W.

Office Management / Billing Coordinator / Legal Assistant
Angelica Wilson grew up on the outskirts of San Diego, California and moved to Arizona in 2015. With over 10 years of office management, she understands what it takes to effectively manage an office. Angelica believes our number one goal at the firm is to assist our clients the absolute best we can! Angelica’s life outside of work consists of kids, relaxing and watching The Bachelor and Modern Family.
